Recipients of the Travel Grants have been selected and notified by email.

TRAVEL GRANT INFORMATION

The organizers of ECCV 2012 will make available several travel grants  to financially support the participation of student authors of accepted ECCV 2012 papers. To be eligible to apply for such a grant, you must:

  • be a student
  • have at least one paper accepted to the main ECCV 2012 conference
  • provide a certification (signed by your advisor) endorsing your participation.
Note that all accepted papers must have at least one author registered with the regular (non-student) rate at the camera ready submission deadline. Award of travel grants does not waive this requirement.

How it will work

Those who will receive a travel grant, must pay for their travel expenses and also be registered to ECCV 2012 as students. Then, after the conference, they have to submit documentation of their expenses, for reimbursement of up to the granted amount. The following documents will need to be submitted:

  • Registration receipt
  • Ticket receipt
  • Original boarding passes
  • Original hotel receipt
  • IBAN number of your bank account
  • Photocopy of your passport.

Reimbursement will be based on the total costs documented through receipts and up to a fixed amount that will be established based on the available sponsorships.

Details on how to submit a travel grant application were at the page Travel grant application guidelines.
